Apologies for the multiple address recipients for this email, 
but I sent the below message over a week ago and still haven't 
received a reply other than the autoresponder, which isn't 
exactly very impressive, and is making me seriously reconsider 
who I should be buying an Athlon XP motherboard from in the next 
couple of weeks, and who I might recommend when I'm asked for 
my opinion.

I totally understand that the problem is a bit on the unusual side, 
but even an email to ask for more information to try and resolve 
would be a polite thing to do!

I would very much appreciate a non-auto reply as soon as possible.
