Group policy tweak: Reduce the amount of time it takes for a user to log out

Load the group policy configuration: See <a href="group_policy.txt">here</a>
if you're not sure how to do that.

In group policy, go into:

Local Computer Policy
	Administrative Templates
		System
			Login

double-click on 'maximum retries to unload and update user profile'.
Enable it, and set a value like '2', so it only tries twice to save the profile.

It is possible that some application is causing problems, so if you get lots of
profile saving issues still, then troubleshoot from that point of view.
